2. COPYRIGHT AND OWNERSHIP

All game content including mechanics, code, graphics, and the Inkamon name are copyright property of Inkamon. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

3. DESIGN SUBMISSIONS

When submitting designs you confirm it is your original work or you have the legal rights to submit it. If your design is accepted into the official meta, you grant Inkamon an exclusive, perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute and commercially exploit the design including for merchandise and promotional materials.

4. CONTENT STANDARDS

All content must be child-friendly. Prohibited content includes sexually explicit material, violence, hate speech, profanity, political/religious messaging, and references to drugs or illegal activities. We may remove content that violates these standards.

5. ACCOUNT TERMINATION

We may suspend or terminate accounts for abusive behavior, harassment, inappropriate content, exploiting bugs, using bots or automation, spam attacks, or violating these terms.

6. REFUND POLICY

All purchases are final.

7. SERVICE AVAILABILITY

Inkamon is provided as-is without warranties. We don't guarantee uninterrupted service and may modify or discontinue the service at any time.

8. CHANGES TO TERMS

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
